Cringe at what I had written over and over again on my goal sheets, trackers, tasks and to-do lists …
“𝘴𝘵𝘶𝘥𝘺 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘸𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘦 𝘤𝘦𝘳𝘵𝘪𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘦𝘹𝘢𝘮” for a course I took.
After a year of writing on lists, completing this certification was still not done.
𝐔𝐍𝐓𝐈𝐋 𝐍𝐎𝗪 …. and a week before my goal date.
The goal date that came and went 𝐔𝐍𝐓𝐈𝐋 I worked with Janet Lewis last November and learned how to focus on redesigning my goals and actions.
We developed a strategy that works for me and that I actually use. And continue to use.
This went beyond developing SMART goals and has helped me exponentially in my business, professional growth, family, and ME stuff.
And for that, I am truly grateful.
